We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our software solely for your internal business or personal use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services or use them to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others, interfere with system integrity, or attempt to reverse-engineer our software.

6. Availability and Support

We aim for consistent access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally suspend service for maintenance or upgrades. No service level agreement (SLA) is provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, data structures, algorithms, and code remain the property of Jaguar Computers Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the system without written consent.

8. Data Protection and GDPR

We process personal data in line with the UK GDPR.

9. AI-Generated Data

If the Services include data generated by artificial intelligence, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of that data. It is intended for general informational purposes only.

10. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services such as OpenAI, Elasticsearch, or Stripe. Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
